🛒 Orders & Products

Q: Where do your products ship from?
A: We work with carefully selected global suppliers. Depending on the product, your order may ship from fulfillment centers in the U.S., Europe, or Asia.

Q: Are the products original designs from MINIMAL?
A: MINIMAL curates and resells unique, high-quality pieces from trusted international suppliers. We focus on design-forward, minimalist products with proven reliability.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: You may cancel or request changes within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, it may already be in processing and cannot be changed.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on your location and the product's origin. Some items may arrive sooner or be split into multiple shipments.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship to most countries. Shipping times and costs will vary by destination.

Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes. Once your item ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow a few days for tracking info to activate.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes, we accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: What items are non-refundable?
A: The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Q: My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: Please email returns@minimalec.com within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.


💡 Product Quality & Warranties

Q: Are your products guaranteed?
A: Yes. All items are quality-checked by our suppliers. If you receive a defective item, we’ll replace or refund it according to our Return Policy.

Q: Are your smart products compatible with Alexa, Google, or Apple Home?
A: Many of our smart lighting and tech items support common platforms. Please check the Smart Features listed on each product page.


🧾 Billing & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, Shopify Payments, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely at checkout.

Q: Will I be charged taxes or import duties?
A: U.S. customers will see applicable taxes at checkout. For international orders, import duties may apply depending on your country's laws.


📦 Dropshipping Transparency

Q: Why did my package arrive with another company’s branding?
A: Because we use dropshipping logistics, your item may arrive in packaging from the supplier. Rest assured, your purchase was made through MINIMAL and is backed by our support and policies.

Q: Why did only part of my order arrive?
A: Some items ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location. Don’t worry — the rest of your order is on its way!
